Free estimate - What to expect:
1) Upon arrival, SHJR will assess the volume of junk and all requirements for removal.
2) As part of the assessment, SHJR will take pictures to ensure only the items identified for pick-up are considered in the free estimate.
3) Upon completion of the assessment, SHJR will provide the free estimate.
4) SHJR Customers can schedule same-day service or schedule for a future date.
5) Upon scheduling, SHJR Customers will receive an email confirmation with the service agreement details.
Date of service - What to expect:
1) On the date of service, SHJR Customers will be contacted via phone 30 minutes prior to SHJR arrival at the pick-up location.
2) Upon arrival, SHJR will remove only the items identified for pick-up during the initial assessment. ***Note: Any add-ons are subject to assessment and additional fees at the time of service.
3) Once all items identified for pick-up have been removed, SHJR haulers will thoroughly sweep the pick-up area clean.
5) Upon completion of the services as detailed in the service agreement, SHJR Customers will receive an email confirmation that the service/services have been completed.
6) Upon completion of service(s), SHJR haulers will collect payment from SHJR Customers to close the transaction.
7) Upon completion of payment, SHJR hauls the junk away!
